In the past,laws made were way inferior compared to the present laws. One example is the case of Danny Escobedo. His right under the consitution had been abrogated and the alleged accomplice had been denied access to an attorney. However, even though his case is a controversial one, it is agreed by many that if not for his case, some of the laws might not even be improved !.
